CONGLETON: The Bears beat Norton United 2-0 thanks to goals from Stuart Tulloch and Scott Dundas.
Joint manager Anthony Buckle had no trialists on show and admitted he's happy with the squad at his disposal heading into the new season.
"It was a good workout for the players. I asked for a clean sheet and they gave me that. I'm pleased with the squad I have. We've signed four players from Nantwich Town, and that will do."
